This includes, without limitation, the Maceda Labs name and logo, the Captrix brand, and other associated product names, designs, and code.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maceda Labs and its affiliates, partners, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
